Overview
Alarm Custom Sound respects your privacy and keeps your creations yours. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Data We Collect
- Account (optional): email for backups/sync across devices.
- Analytics (optional & anonymous): basic usage metrics and crash reports to improve stability. You can disable analytics in Settings.
- Sound data & projects: your mixes, trims, settings, and presets. Stored locally on your device by default.
How We Use Data
- Provide core features (custom alarms, project saves, presets, reminders).
- Improve performance and reliability via anonymized crash/usage signals.
- Enable backups/sync when you sign in with an account.
We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
We may share limited data with service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Data Retention
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above. You can delete local sound projects anytime from your device. You can also request deletion of any cloud-stored data (if you enabled sync).
Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the email below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
